Honestly, at first I was concerned that this was a scam to get me to sign the title over to a complete stranger. The towing company did not bring cash but a check which caused me to lift an eyebrow. I went ahead with the transaction of selling my junk vehicle for $300 ( I was more than happy to get this). The check cleared and an unsightly view (according to me and local PD) was removed. This turned out to be a win situation for me and definitely recommend Rusty's to anyone needing a junk vehicle removed and getting money for it. FYI, they bought the car sight unseen and trusted my own evaluation.

I cotacted Rusty's because I had just purchased a car that broke on me 2 weeks after I purchased it. After making the repairs it was still inoperable and too far from my home to make my have my own mechanic fix it for me. I took my chance on perusing the internet and found Rusty's. I called they gave me an estimate and I took it. By the time they called to find out where to get the care I had already found someone who would give me more for the car. I told Rusty and they were able to meet the price. I was really impressed. The pick up was seemless, the customer sevice was great and they delivered as promised. As soon as I took a look at their website I felt like I would be in good hands. I'd searched around a lot before. I easily navigated their website and found the contact page. The first representative I spoke with was courteous, but the quote he gave me was a little low so I said I might call back. Probably not a full 20 minutes after we'd hung up, I got a phone call back from Rusty's offering me almost double their first offer. They added an extra incentive if I made up my mind within the next half hour - not to mention the free pick up and tow. I miss that poor old car, but Rusty's is the best place it could of hoped for!

When I first called Rustys Auto Salvage I got an okay quote for my car. After that I had called about six different place and got the same and even lesser quotes. Then Rustys called me back and told me they will give $100.00 more than what I was looking for. They gave me a great deal considering my car was not running and need parts big time. When I called Rusty's Auto Salvage The person on the phone was helpful and efficent. He asked me a few questions about my car and quickly quoted me a price. Later that day I got a call from their local vendor and we arranged for a pickup sometime the next morning. The next morning I called and said I was in the neighborhood of the cars location and asked if the tow driver could meet me now. A couple of minutes later the driver called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and was. Everybody I dealt with at Rusty's was very helpful.
