We take care of the towing of your junk car and do it for free. How your vehicle will get to us is not something that you need to have to concern yourself with. Gratuitous towing is given to all cars that we we purchase. This service is one that our customers have told us make the junk car selling process stress free.

As long as you have not signed over the title to the vehicle and received your payment you can change your mind about selling your junk car. We always give you your quote upfront which you can accept or reject. Sometimes people do change their mind for one reason or another. We appreciate if you would call us as soon as you can to let us know if you want to back out of the sale. There will be no hard feelings or consequences. If you change your mind you can always call us back at a later time when you feel more ready.

If the keys are missing you do not need to panic because you can still sell your junk car for cash. Sometimes a car might get inadvertently disposed of. But if you have a really old vehicle that is 15 to 20 years old it is likely going to be used for its scrap metals and salvageable components. In that case the keys are not needed. What would be different is if the car that you are trying to sell could actually be restored to a running condition that would make it more likely to be sold. If this is the situation then you want to try to get a copy of the keys and get paid more cash at the same time.
